Participation is complimentary for Israeli Presidential Conference events taking place at the Jerusalem International Convention Centre
Conference Admission Procedures
Admission into the Conference arena will be provided upon presentation of your confirmed participation slip, previously sent to you by email.
Name tags will be issued to all participants. You are kindly requested to wear these tags at all times while at the Conference arena.
In order to avoid security-related complications, please be advised that weapons and cameras of all kinds, are prohibited in the Conference arena.
We recommend that you arrive early and avoid bringing hand bags and electronic devices.
Schedule
We will provide you a personalized program to track the activities of the Conference. Further updates will be provided on signage at the entrance of the halls throughout the International Convention Centre. Changes will be publicized on the schedule or at information counters within the Conference arena.
Plenary Session Attendance
Admission into plenary sessions is limited. Admission will be granted upon the presentation of an entrance ticket for each plenary session, which will distributed in the hours preceding the session at the information counters.
Ticket Distribution Times
Evening Plenary Session June 21 – at the Conference registration counter
Morning Plenary Sessions - tickets will be available in the morning
Afternoon Plenary Sessions - tickets will be available from the morning until 14.00
Evening Plenary Sessions - tickets will be available from17.00
Large screens in the lobby and the ‘exhibition’ hall will broadcast all plenary sessions for guests unable to obtain tickets.
Conference Website
Plenary sessions will be available in real time on the Conference website. www.presidentconf.org.il. The website will be updated with photos, articles and events taking place at the Conference on an ongoing basis.
The Conference will be broadcast on your cellular phone for members via *22 – radio, and for generation 3 members – video.
Furthermore, sessions will also be available for viewing on the Conference Facebook page.
Languages
Plenary sessions will be translated simultaneously into Hebrew, Arabic, English, Russian and French.
Panels will be translated simultaneously into Hebrew, and English.
Internet Access
Internet booths will be set up at the Conference arena for our guests’ convenience.
Wireless will also be available for guests' use in the public areas of the Conference arena.
